Headquarter of UOL- Pague Seguro, the building and its tower, in typical Brutalist architecture, represent today a symbol of the history of W Zarzur group. With its 70 meters in height and 50 years of history, the mighty concrete tower is undergoing a process of revitalization.

The radial space that now accommodates five elevators is maintained by the building’s final project, which preserves and respects the original architectural form. A black metal cladding is deliberately designed not to cover the large existing walls, emphasized by lighting effects. Since the first studies carried out on the edifice, we decided to highlight the current building by making use of a cladding which, in all the solutions shown, could reveal the majesty of the concrete structure.
